We loved the family-run feel and how peaceful the pousada is. Since my husband and I work with people, a quieter place without crowds really helps us rest. We stayed at Pousada Vivá twice in 2025 and would gladly return. Room 5 suited us well, with a mini kitchen, living room, balcony with a hammock, and a large bed that was great for tall people. Everything was clean, and the shower had strong, hot water. The inn is conveniently located. The town square can get so busy on some travel dates that finding parking is impossible, so on those days we simply walked there to avoid the stress. The main attractions are close by car, with Véu de Noiva about ten minutes away, and everything in town is nearby. Breakfast was fresh and carefully made, including cheese bread baked to order and local treats like cuca. There's also a pretty pool and leisure area where you can get drinks. We especially think families with children will enjoy the family atmosphere.

The owners gave us a great welcome, and the breakfast was delicious. It's a cozy, family-friendly place with attractive, clean, fresh-smelling spaces. Our room was comfortable, with a great bed and bedding. The location is good too. We'll definitely come back.
