A top hotel!

The front desk is efficient in person and over the phone, and the internet is fast. The room had new sheets, mattresses, and pillows that were ergonomically comfortable. The nightly rate is about average, but could be lower given the distance from downtown. Breakfast could also be better for that price.

The location works well between downtown and the airport. The rooms are very good, breakfast is excellent, and the attentive, friendly staff are easy to approach and always ready to help with requests. I always stay here. Very good!

The rooms weren't cleaned thoroughly. There was dirt under the beds, and when we asked for cleaning, they took it out from only two of them. The other beds still had dirt underneath. The hotel is near the university and easy to get to, with a very good breakfast and excellent service.
