GoldMen Express Cianorte

For a work trip, this was a great fit. The rooms are clean and the facilities feel new, with quiet air conditioning and reliable Wi-Fi. Video calls worked without much trouble, and it holds up well against the big hotel chains. They only serve breakfast, but ordering from Ifood was really easy.

The price was good, but the stay was pretty disappointing. The water was cold, and complaining three times didn't get it fixed. We asked for two pillows and were told they were being kept for the players staying there. They only brought an extra blanket after we had already been left without the things we requested. The first day's reception was great, but on day two the receptionist was blunt and made it clear there were no pillows left for us because other guests had already taken extras. I wouldn't come back.

The room was good, but breakfast could use some attention. The cold cuts should be kept chilled, since there were little flies on the ham and cheese. The egg was so dry it was almost burnt. I asked politely for another one, but was told that's just how they make it. Other guests were complaining too, and nothing changed.

We loved staying here and wished we could have stayed longer. The breakfast was delicious, the rooms and bathrooms were clean and lovely, and the reception staff were polite and attentive. Everything was just right.
