The staff were good, though the facilities are basic. Wi-Fi didn’t work, and there was no bath soap. The shower only had cold water, and the sheets were covered in hair and hadn’t been changed after the previous guest.

I’d called ahead to say I’d arrive at 3:30 in the morning after traveling from Vilhena. When I got there, the hotel was locked. I knocked until I gave up and called about 30 times, but nobody answered. There isn’t even a doorbell, and reception isn’t open around the clock.

The staff are good and the rooms are affordable. Breakfast gets a 2 from me. At least there is breakfast, but it leaves a lot to be desired.

The shower was cold and had weak water pressure, which was the one issue. Otherwise, everything was excellent: spotless cleaning, great service, and a lovely, tasty breakfast.

It’s clean, reasonably priced, and breakfast has a good variety. Just avoid room 20. Its air conditioning is broken and makes a lot of noise at night.
