Pousada Flores

The rooms are bright and clean, but Ivone’s thoughtful kindness really stands out. She was always ready to help with any request. Breakfast was superb, with fresh fruit juices, homemade pastries, different breads and eggs cooked to order, all enjoyed beside the lush garden greenery. Such a beautiful place: welcoming, relaxing and generous. I highly recommend it.

At night it was completely quiet, which made for a wonderfully comfortable sleep. The location is excellent, close to the little center, and the breakfast was plentiful with plenty of variety. The pousada has a beachy feel, lots of plants and quality furniture. Dona Ivone was a special host and treated us with so much care. The room was just right, airy and with air conditioning, good quality bedding and towels, and a smart TV. There was also room to put away our bags and clothes, leaving space to move around. I recommend it for a peaceful break with beach time and forró.

We loved it and will be back. The garden is beautiful, and the pousada is only five minutes from the center. Ivone was warm and caring, and always had great tips. The service was excellent, the spaces were cozy, and everything was impeccably clean, with lovely decor featuring Minas Gerais crafts. Breakfast was splendid: different fruits, regional juices, homemade cakes, breads, eggs, cheeses, yogurt, warm pão de queijo and delicious cinnamon banana.

The rooms and bathroom were spacious, with air conditioning, and suited us well for the seven days we stayed. Ivone welcomed my wife, our two children, aged 11 and 7, and me so warmly at Pousada das Flores. Breakfast was delicious, with everything fresh and lovingly prepared by Ivone and Marlene. Thank you so much, and I hope to return soon.
