Hotel Queluz

Good.

I've stayed here twice, once for a good experience and once for a bad one. The hotel's actual structure isn't bad, but the last time I was here was really rough. When I arrived, about 20 people were in front of the hotel, I think they were from companies. People were drinking and using drugs out there, with a speaker blaring and everyone shouting. It was past midnight and still unbearably loud, with doors slamming and people talking loudly. I couldn't sleep. Then the noise started up again at 4 in the morning. Even a gas station hotel manages to be quieter. One of the worst stays I've had, and I stay in hotels practically every day for work.

It's a comfortable hotel with a good breakfast. The Wi-Fi needs work, though. It's very unstable and keeps dropping.

This place is like a second home to me, so it's easy to give it this rating. I can't find fault with it. There's a lot of friendship here, and the manager, Leonardo Alvarenga, is excellent and generous with the staff and with us guests. That's how I see it, anyway. And one more thing, this hotel is definitely clean. We just need to help take care of it.
