City hotel

The service was very unsatisfactory. Even though another room was available, they wouldn’t move us, and staff members made personally rude and unnecessary remarks. The room itself had many problems: the bed frame and bed were different sizes, the mattress was worse, the bathroom bulb was out, and after three nights they found an electrical fault. The air conditioning didn’t work, there was no room service, and the sheets didn’t look clean. The old building is poorly maintained, with leaks and damp that leave it smelling musty. With the rear left open, leaving a vehicle on the street felt safer than using the parking area.

Water from the bathroom runs into the room, the TV doesn’t work properly, the Wi-Fi signal is weak, and the toilet flush is faulty. In my view, they need to invest more in the property to look after guests better. That would help them get better financial results.

The room smelled moldy and had poor ventilation. The service was somewhat difficult because the attendant is a foreigner and doesn’t give the right information. They also turn off the Wi-Fi at night.

The breakfast was great, with lots of variety, and the pool and comfort were really good too. I had a very good first stay here and the service was excellent. If you go to Corumbá, visit *hotel city*. The price is great. Congratulations to the owner.
