The team was wonderful, so polite and helpful, and breakfast was PERFECT with plenty of options. The price felt fair, too. It’s in a great spot near the center and the square with the decorated staircase. If I come back to town, I’d definitely stay here again.

When I arrived, I was told my reservation hadn’t been processed, even though I had confirmed it on August 11 and taken the steps needed for a smooth stay. That caused a lot of frustration and disruption. It was my first visit to the city, and this experience spoiled my first impression. What should have been an enjoyable stay turned into poor service and disregard for my time and plans. The reservation system clearly failed, and guests are left to deal with the consequences. It’s unacceptable to blame an employee for an internal mistake that affects a customer. I don’t care who made the error, I expect the service I booked to be provided. The way it was handled showed a serious lack of professionalism and responsibility from management, and left me deeply disappointed and angry.

We made a reservation, but when we arrived they told us there was no room because a large company had requested one. That’s a complete lack of respect for guests. This is what the place seems to care about, money and its own interests. The customer can go to hell.
