I stay here every week for work, at least three days at a time, since I was transferred to Criciúma. I chose this hotel instead of renting a small apartment because it has a lot going for it. The staff are extremely polite and helpful, from reception through breakfast, and the breakfast is excellent, with a wide range of cakes, yogurts, juices, ham, cheese, fruit, bread, hot dog sauce, and other items. The room is good and well ventilated, with a fan or air conditioning, a TV, and a bathroom, all as expected. I paid R$ 68,22 a night by booking through the app. Booking in person is about R$ 10,00 more on average. There is one serious issue, though: the electrical system. After 6 p.m. the breaker trips and leaves all the guests without power. It happened more than four times. The explanation was that people were using the showers, but it's summer, which makes me even more concerned about what would happen in winter. This is unacceptable for a hotel that's operating. An electrical engineer needs to assess it and the electrical panel needs to be brought up to standard. Even with every shower running at once, the system should never shut off. This has caused disruption and left guests feeling unsafe, and the hotel is falling short in this area. I hope management resolves the electrical problem urgently. The hotel has many positives, but this particular issue affects both the experience and guests' safety.
