The central location and garage were the main pluses for me. Breakfast was good, but they didn’t replace items once they ran out, so anyone wanting eggs had to get there early. I also felt I was treated unfairly by the front desk. They said they were full even though rooms showed as bookable on several sites. After I booked through booking, they said my room had just been cleaned, and the whole process took no more than three minutes. There was no hair dryer in the room. Fine for a few days if all you need is somewhere to sleep while walking around the centre.

For the price, it’s a good deal: the room has a bathroom, air conditioning, a small fridge, TV and a double bed. The place is very simple, but it’s well located, has its own parking lot, and breakfast is included.

The rooms were comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, and the employees were really friendly and gave good service. Easily the best hotel in Criciúma, and I’d definitely stay again.

I’ve only spent one night here, so I don’t have a settled opinion yet. Up to now, though, it’s been great.
