Raphael at the front desk was amazing, really kind and helpful. The rooms were clean, the service was great, and the location was excellent. I’d stay here again for sure and recommend it to international travelers.

Raphael and Taís at reception were especially attentive and helpful throughout my stay, and their kindness made things much more pleasant. The hotel is well organized, comfortable and well cared for, just as I expected. Breakfast was another plus, with good choices and everything nicely prepared.

The room door cards kept deactivating, sometimes when I was out of the hotel and sometimes on their own. I had to go back to reception several times a day to get the card working again, so that needs rethinking. Apart from that, it was a wonderful stay. Bruna at reception was capable, helpful and got things sorted, while Michael, Marcelo and Fernando on the bar and restaurant team were attentive and served really tasty food.
