Pousada Roots - D3 Experience

The room was really clean, smelled lovely, and was well arranged. Breakfast was delicious, and the place itself is beautiful, comfortable, organized, and pleasant. The women who helped me were so attentive and ready to assist, even though I was late for check-in, and they stayed available the whole time. Thanks to everyone, I’ll definitely be back! 🥰

The comfort was the best part of the stay. The soft, high quality linens and the thoughtfully arranged room made it easy to get a deep rest. It feels like a perfect retreat for anyone after quality, hospitality, and a memorable experience. From arrival, the welcome was warm, quick, and attentive to the details, so we felt genuinely cared for. The room felt fresh and well maintained, with immaculate cleaning throughout that made it easy to relax. Modern, well planned facilities also meant everything we needed was close at hand.

The breakfast was at another pousada in the group, across from the beach, and they drove us there. The service was very good and well organized. From the outside, I wasn’t sure this would be a good place to stay, but inside, the room turned out spacious for a small property and really cozy. It was clean, attractive, and organized. The two things I’d suggest improving are the Wi-Fi speed and the shower pressure. Those are small points beside an otherwise very good stay. When I return to Preá, I’ll look for pousadas from the d3 group.

It’s a simple pousada, but a wonderful one. We were there for a week and got free day use of the shared space at Pousada Luna, part of the same group, by the beach for our whole stay. The location is excellent, close to the center of Preá. Breakfast was delicious, the rooms were cleaned impeccably every day, and the service was attentive and excellent. Highly recommended!
