Pousada Veleiro Kite Preá

We planned to visit Jericoacoara because it's famous. It was fun and very touristy, but not really for me. Then we happened to drive through Preá, which feels wide open, and found that many of the attractions and lagoons are there. We stayed another 10 days, loved the vibe, and definitely plan to return for longer. The accommodation is beautiful and clean, the staff are professional, and it's close to the beach. Renting one of their four wheelers made riding around Preá so much fun. I totally recommend this Pousada and a visit to Preá 🤙🏼🇧🇷

I found the daily rate good for what was offered, especially since I also got 10% off what I would've paid through Booking. The pousada has a peaceful feel and a nice structure, and pets are allowed. It's on a sandy street, with three spots to park on the grass outside. Beyond those, you'd need to park on the street. It's about a 15-minute walk to the beach, and there are no TVs in the rooms. Breakfast is simple: cake, juice, bread, cheese, ham, and fruit, with omelets, tapioca, and couscous available to order from the kitchen. It was quiet while I was there, though I think a noisy group could be heard clearly because the pool is so close to the rooms. If you want a bigger space, a large breakfast, or an ocean view, you won't find that here.

The staff team was exceptional, and the breakfast stood out for both the choices and the service. It's a fantastic hotel, very new, with wonderful rooms and a great location that feels quieter and more intimate.

It's a new hotel with a good setup, but the attendants aren't well prepared. They don't know what a tax invoice is, and communication among them is poor. There's no TV in the rooms.
