There's a big room with AC, a TV, a refrigerator, and the basics for making something simple to eat. It's a nice place to stay near the beach, though it's not very kitesurf friendly: there's nowhere to clean your equipment, and there's a big staircase at the entrance.

We were warmly welcomed during our stay. The room was excellent, clean and organized, with a lovely veranda and a beautiful sea view. The pousada is well located, close to the beach and the main restaurants in Preá.
