Prea is a beautiful, peaceful beach, and this hotel is a great choice for couples or families. We were greeted warmly and offered a regional drink as soon as we arrived, which we loved. The service, facilities, and breakfast were all amazing, and it's pet friendly too. I highly recommend it.

The service was great, and breakfast was simple but tasty. The only issue was the clogged shower. Water sprayed everywhere except down, so there wasn't much water for a proper shower.

The internet barely worked, and getting the room cleaned was a struggle. They ran out of water for showers while watering the grass constantly. Our room key went missing, and the staff were rude about it. There isn't a 24-hour reception, just a guard who was also rude. Worst hotel I've stayed in.

The facilities and service were both average, and there weren't any attractions or activities offered. I missed having someone to help with luggage, since the rooms are far from the entrance and reached by a steep staircase.
