The location is great, but staying Thursday through Sunday meant there was no chance to relax. A bar around the next corner played loud music with vulgar lyrics until 2:00 or 3:00 am, and with no soundproofing, we could hear the parties from our room. Reception and security were decent, but the cleaning was awful: they came only every two days and did a poor job. Breakfast was very basic, with too few options and poor quality for the price. We’re grateful for the time we spent there, but wouldn’t recommend the hotel except as a last resort. There are nearby hotels that cost less and offer much better service. Please avoid it if you can. 🙏🏻

It’s very clean, reasonably priced, and the service is great. One of the most comfortable hotels in the Cruzeiro ferry area, with almost everything nearby.
