Maori Mantiqueira Hotel

I had a pleasant stay, apart from the dog barking loudly at night.

The one thing that bothered me was how much sound came through the walls. The hotel uses a lot of drywall, and unfortunately I had a neighbor who talked loudly until about 11:30 pm. It was unbearable. Everything else made this a really worthwhile stay for the price. The hotel had just opened in the second half of 2022 and still smelled brand new. The rooms were nicely decorated and spacious, including the bathrooms, which weren't those tiny ones you often get in cheaper hotels. Breakfast was tasty, with plenty of variety, and especially good for the price. The location is convenient, with dozens of restaurants nearby. I travel to Cruzeiro regularly to visit Maxion, one of the city's biggest companies, and honestly, the city needed a modern hotel like Ramada. I'm sure it'll be a turning point for the city. It's easily the best hotel here. Congratulations to the whole service team, especially the reception staff, whose service was impeccable.

The breakfast had plenty of tasty options, and the pão de queijo was especially good. Staff were welcoming and polite, and there's indoor parking. The hotel is new and well equipped, with comfortable rooms and large beds, plus a TV, air conditioning, minibar, coffee maker, and safe. The bathroom has a hair dryer, mirrors, and a very hot shower, much like the Wyndham in Foz do Iguaçu. I recommend it.

The only thing I missed was a handheld bidet shower in the bathroom. Other than that, the quality was excellent across the board. Great service, cleanliness, price, location, parking, bed, and shower. I'd definitely recommend this hotel.
