The room had cockroaches and ants, and there isn't even breakfast. The hotel is really old and smells musty. At R$160 a night, that's what you get.

The service was pretty bad, and the room and towel smelled awful. It was very expensive for what they offered, with no breakfast either. I wouldn't recommend it.

It's right by the bus station, just across the street, and close to a convenience store, pharmacies, and restaurants. Júlio Muller, Santa Helena, and HMC hospitals are nearby too. The rates are affordable for a simple place that's easy to reach, and there's parking for guests traveling by car. I found it very secure, which makes a big difference to me. Some rooms have air conditioning, and a few even have balconies with a nice view of avenida Miguel Sutil.

The location next to the bus station and near a convenience store is handy, and there's parking. The service was excellent. You can choose a simple room to save money or pay more for a better one.

It's well located near the bus station, with both budget rooms and more fully equipped ones. I recommend it.
