OYO Hotel Vitoria

We picked this hotel because it was the cheapest and seemed like good value, but even at R$100 I think it would still be too expensive for the quality. The whole room felt hastily put together, and the bathroom seemed to be made of plasterboard. I was even afraid to use it in case I got shocked. The beds were old, hard, very uncomfortable, and too small for a couple. I left my blanket in the car and asked the staff for one. The one they gave me had a really strong, rancid smell, like it hadn't dried properly, so it was a rough night. Breakfast was extremely basic, though it was still the best part of the stay. The sweet bread, unfortunately, tasted sour. Overall, a very disappointing experience, and I can't recommend it.

The receptionist was attentive, and they can do laundry for an additional charge. Rooms are comfortable and come with air conditioning, a TV, a private bathroom, and a minibar. Breakfast is served at flexible times, and there are snacks throughout the day if you don't want to leave. There's also a snack bar right in front. The hotel is close to downtown, with clothing stores and a pharmacy nearby. It's a mid-priced place.

Kelli, the housekeeper, took such care with our room throughout our stay. We were treated very well, and the hotel has excellent facilities.

For a quick work trip or just somewhere decent to sleep, it's well worth it for the price. The hotel is very simple, but breakfast was good and everything in my room worked. It's for people who aren't fussy. I see some negative reviews from people expecting five-star service for a low price, the kind of person who eats eggs and wants to burp steak. They seem to think they won't find any flaws.
