On July 12, 2025, I was given a room with bedbugs. Two weeks later, I still hadn't received my refund. The employees were nice, but it seems the administration can't do its job. I had plans and needed to travel, so there wasn't more I could do. All I got was an apology. They didn't seem to care that my plans were ruined or that I had to wash all my clothes after leaving my bag open in that room. With a 4-star rating, bedbugs are dangerous. I'd completely avoid this hotel.

The staff were excellent, and breakfast had a good variety. The hotel is very central and a bit old, but it works. The air conditioning was somewhat noisy, and the pool looked better in the pictures.

I picked this hotel for its location, and the room turned out to be bigger than the pictures suggested and very clean. The staff were kind and gave us all the help we needed. The shower was a wonderful surprise, with strong pressure and an easy-to-set temperature. We had a great stay.

The mattress was good, the rooms were nice, the staff friendly, and breakfast very good. But the pillows were really old, stained, and misshapen, and the sheets were stained and damaged. It's a pity, because without that, this would be my first choice next trip.

10/10
A delightful place to spend the night, with a huge bedroom and really satisfying amenities. There was a sofa in the living room area inside the room, a cute table, lovely lighting, a large bed, and a great bathroom with a hair dryer. The furniture had a clean grayscale design with a contemporary feel. I'd recommend it, 10/10.
