Curitiba Backpackers

I’ve only checked out the bar, but it felt welcoming and looked clean. The bathrooms seemed clean too, and the staff were attentive. There’s a jazz band on Fridays.

I had a great stay, and my expectations were fully met. The rooms and bathrooms were nice, there were lots of outdoor spaces, and plenty of parking. The location is convenient, in a quiet neighborhood and close to most places around Curitiba. The whole crew was professional and spoke English and Spanish. The owner was a lot of fun to talk with, and also a good guide who can take you where you want to go, even to the beach in summer. I haven’t stayed at a better backpacker place in Brazil. If it’s your first visit, I’d really recommend driving to Serra da Graciosa? Thanks, Jota and family!

A fun spot to catch up with friends over beers and conversation. Bands play there often, though the rooms don’t seem set up for live music.

The hostel was super clean, and the owner was so polite. Great atmosphere, with excellent service and attention, and breakfast was great too.
