2/10
The breakfast was great, and apart from that it’s a good hotel. But the Wi-Fi was so bad it was unusable. The laundry charge was outrageous: 405 reais for 12 items. Nobody told us the cost ahead of time or that they were putting us on an express service, which we never asked for. I asked them to make sure guests are told the price in advance next time. What a shame, it felt like they were ripping off their guests.

Getting around is easy since the hotel is right in the city center. The bedding was clean, but the bathroom felt old and uncomfortable, and the interior overall is quite dated.

The staff were very accommodating, and the rooms were spacious and clean. The building is clearly a bit old, but the location is perfect. Wi-Fi was weak, though usable, and free parking and a good breakfast are included.

8/10
A traditional, older hotel in the city center, with fair prices for what this category offers. The facilities are old, but everything worked fine. It’s well located, the service was kind and quick, and breakfast was good.
