What stood out most was how helpful the staff were when I left behind a cherished personal item. They arranged to send it all the way to Europe, and I’m very grateful for that care. The service throughout was polite and professional, and the rooms and shared areas were very clean. I also enjoyed the varied, well-managed breakfast buffet. I truly enjoyed my stay at Hotel Deville and highly recommend it.

That huge, very firm bed was just right for us, and breakfast was excellent, with plenty of healthy and less healthy choices. The location is excellent, but the rooms are very old and dated, and don’t seem well maintained. The bathroom and wardrobe doors wouldn’t shut properly.

For the price, it was a very good deal. The central location makes it easy to get to tourist areas and attractions, and the staff were excellent at helping with what I needed. They really go out of their way for you.

We’d stay here again. The location was good, and the door service was great. The staff were wonderfully accommodating when we arrived with our two-year-old: our luggage had been delayed, so we were missing a lot of the baby food and formula we needed. We’d ended up here in a pinch about a year and a half ago, after our original hotel booking was canceled and we had to call around for a last-minute room. This was the second place we called, and the experience was incredible.
