The condo was clean and had a living room, laundry room, waiting room, rooftop patio, and a store. I only wish it had a pool. Big thanks to the management company handling maintenance. They’re available 24/7 and respond quickly. When our lock battery died on Saturday evening and we couldn’t get inside, they arrived within 30 minutes and fixed it. They also offered us another apartment while the lock was being repaired.

The location worked really well, just a few meters from Shopping Curitiba and right next to Praça Oswaldo Cruz. The building is very modern, and I found the facial recognition and QR code entry convenient and secure. There’s a Market4u store with a good variety of things for when you need something in a pinch, plus an OMO laundry that’s easy to use and pay for in the app. The garage uses facial recognition too, so getting in was hassle-free. The gym has some decent equipment for keeping up a workout routine. I’d definitely recommend staying here!

The location made my stay a lot easier, and the place was clean and felt safe. The building still has that new smell, too. I’d definitely like to come back soon.

The apartment had everything I needed, and the service was quick with clear information. Check-in was easy with facial recognition, and I liked having more privacy without needing someone to let me in each time I arrived. Everything in the building felt new. It’s also close to everything. 10/10, I’ll definitely stay again! 😀
