Hotel Piratini

We’re so grateful to everyone at Hotel Piratini. After a serious accident shut down BR-116 for hours, our trip for the “Rastro da Serpente” was delayed badly. We’d left early with four paid reservations for 12 people, including a six-year-old, and had told Rede Andrade Mercado we were running late. But after 19 hours on the road, they refused to let us check in, even though everything was paid, and left us out on the street without help or understanding. We found Hotel Piratini almost across the street. They welcomed us right away at 2 a.m., even though we had no reservation. The next day they found us rooms that were even larger and better, with no extra charge. The staff were so kind and welcoming, which made a huge difference when we were exhausted and stressed. Thanks to them, we could rest and enjoy the rest of our trip in peace. Thank you so much! 💛

The room was very clean, and the service was great. The place itself is simple, and breakfast is simple too.

The room was clean, and breakfast was decent and fresh. It’s good value for the money, though the blankets weren’t comfortable and the stay fell a little short.

The service was exemplary. It’s a simple hotel, but clean and comfortable!
