The location is great, with the shopping mall, train station to Morretes, mercado municipal, restaurants, and attractions all within walking distance. The room is big and has a king-size bed, and the staff are helpful. Ana at the front desk always greeted me with a welcoming smile. There’s also a nice pool and sauna.

The staff were terrible, and the parking lot is so small. It wasn't comfortable, and reception and the manager weren't prepared to deal with customers.

The entrance looks lovely at first, and the staff were very nice, but I wouldn’t stay here again. Breakfast was great and customer service was good, though the rooms felt basic (4/10) and the Wi-Fi was also 4/10. The advertised water pool wasn’t there, the gym wasn’t operating, the barbecue area wasn’t ready, and there was no sauna. Poor value for money. This doesn’t feel like a four-star hotel, three stars at best.

The breakfast wasn’t huge in variety, but what they served was well prepared. The steak cheese sandwich from room service was especially good and the best value on a menu with some pricey items. Service was quick, and the staff were very polite. My room was comfortable, clean, and had working A/C, Wi-Fi, and a heated shower. There’s a gym too.

The room was roomy and clean, and the price felt fair. It’s also close to just about everything you might want to see in Curitiba. The pool is really tiny and could be cleaner, and the gym is even smaller.
