We arrived late and were told the front desk couldn't get to the sheets or towels, but room service could change the sheets in the morning. They looked like they hadn't been changed and were covered in hair. Since we were only staying one night, we slept in our clothes.

There were homeless people all around the area, and I didn't like the hotel.

The air conditioning and outside-call phone didn't work, the lights went out, and the elevators stopped working. We had to walk up and down four flights of stairs. The staff woman had an awful attitude and seemed very immature. When I asked for the manager, she said he was at home relaxing. My dad has a pacemaker, and I couldn't stay there another minute.

The staff were really kind and supportive. The hotel building is old, but the rooms were renovated for the 2014 fifa's world cup.

The hotel is easy to find, and both lunch and dinner were nice. Breakfast was good too, though the rooms could use a little improvement.
