Premium Hotel

We left at 10 pm because the place wasn’t in any condition to stay. I’d booked three separate suites, and although we only left our things there before heading out, we didn’t get back until 9:30 pm and saw what the room was really like then. I offered to pay for one night in one suite since we hadn’t actually used the space. The receptionist charged me for all three nights. I would’ve paid that if we were leaving because I simply no longer needed the rooms. We arrived at 7 pm. The cleaning wasn’t perfect, but for one night I thought we could live with that. Then I saw clear signs of previous use in the bathroom, hair on the floor and dirty toilet fixtures. Worst of all were strange stains on the wall beside the bed. I’ll leave the photos here. I paid, but I’m writing this review to reflect what the place was like. “Premium” is only in the hotel’s name. If we’re being honest, it doesn’t even deserve to be called an inn. I wish I could give it zero, because that would be my choice. Avoid this scam dressed up as a hotel.

The pool area is beautiful, and the staff are so helpful and polite. Everything’s clean and airy, the bathroom is spacious, and the room is set up in a way that makes it easy to get organized and feel comfortable. It’s been a really pleasant stay! I’d definitely recommend it.

Right in central Delmiro, with plenty of snack bars and shops nearby. The hotel is well organized, and the room is large, newly fitted out, and has a good setup. Breakfast is excellent too.
