Hotel Park's Diadema

Everything was perfect.

I've stayed here for a year. The location and rooms are great, but the staff are very rude and act like helping you is a favor. There seems to be no professionalism. They messaged me about hair dye staining the pillowcase because of the heat. At home I wash my pillowcases and towels myself, and the stains usually come out easily. Bedding and towels should be washed well, especially in a hotel used by lots of people. I always gather the rubbish from what I've used when I leave the room, and leave the sheets for changing and the room for cleaning afterward. Management should pay more attention to how the staff behave.

My wife and I left feeling upset, disappointed, and humiliated. Our daughters, aged 9 and 12, saw everything and asked whether we didn't have money to pay. I don't recommend this hotel, and after this experience I won't stay here again, even if I have to sleep in my car. We felt as if we were being treated like thieves trying to cheat the hotel. I've stayed here several times before, and I've seen other comments about payment too. I can only conclude that the hotel is disorganized and doesn't care about guests' well-being. I'm Daniel, a doctor who works for SUS in Diadema and Guarulhos. My wife and our three young children came to spend a few days with me in Diadema. We planned to stay for three days, but I picked up extra shifts and we extended the stay. We agreed that I'd pay at the end of the third day, since I was supposed to leave then. At the end of that day, my wife and children were at the hotel waiting for me to arrive, settle the bill, and check out. Instead, my wife was pressured to pay the room charges in advance, before we checked out. She didn't have the money with her because I'm the provider for our family and I had left enough for her to manage, but the money for the room was with me. When she went out with the children and came back, a staff member, who had treated us well but was following the owners' orders, pressured her to pay. I was working in a hospital ICU and dealing with an emergency, so I couldn't answer the phone. My wife had to borrow money from her mother because of the pressure. She was told the stay couldn't be extended unless the previous three days were paid first.

The location is good, and breakfast is simple. The room was missing the rod in the built-in masonry wardrobe for hanging clothes. There was no shower enclosure in the bathroom, so water spread all over the floor and soaked everything.
