Pousada Vila do Imperador

The breakfast team really stood out. Everything was prepared with care, there was a lovely range of food, and it made our mornings feel special. From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us warmly and were attentive and ready to help. The service throughout our stay was excellent, and you can see how much effort the team puts into guests' comfort and well-being. We’re leaving with great memories. Thank you to Pousada Vila do Imperador for such a wonderful stay, we’d gladly recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming, well-kept place with good service.

Best place I’ve stayed, seriously. The staff are great, the rooms get cleaned every day, and breakfast is delicious. It’s really close to the center, too. I have dietary restrictions, and they made tapioca for me. Honestly, so good.

Roberto Carlos and Rafaela are really friendly and helpful, and the service, location, breakfast, and cleanliness were all great. The room, though, is pretty worn out, and you can hear everything from the neighboring rooms. It wouldn’t take much to improve things: replace the headboards, bedding and towels, toilet lid, trash bin, TV, and furniture; repaint the doors; and clean the mold off the bathroom ceiling.

Roberto greeted us with lots of warmth and energy, and gave us some interesting tips on places to visit around town. The inn itself is well located and organized, with good value for the price. Breakfast was great, and guests can ask for tapioca or scrambled eggs made fresh.
