More like a hotel-motel.

What a dump. I booked two hours, then asked for one extra, but they wanted to charge me for another two. The room stank, there was no toilet paper, and I had to ask for it. After I closed the door, they called people, with no sense that someone in the room might be trying to rest. It’s a basic motel and they’re greedy about the extra charge. I recommend Tigresa BR 116 in Sapucaia instead, better service and much cheaper.

The women who helped us were fantastic, and breakfast was really good. Thanks for being so kind.
