It had that simple, homey feel, like staying at your grandma’s house, and I loved it. The rooms were nice despite the place’s simplicity, with air conditioning, a minibar, and racks for hanging clothes. The bed and bath linens were clean and smelled fresh, and breakfast was simple but pleasant. Marluce is lovely, very friendly and helpful.

The room was clean, tidy, and cozy, and the breakfast was wonderful. But the entry area looked quite ugly: the pousada is really a room behind Marluce’s house, which is in the yard of an old-looking, unattractive house. The path is very dark at night. Also, the coveiro gave electric shocks, which caused a lot of stress and meant we had to move to another place. It’s important to research accommodations carefully before going to Fernando de Noronha, since there are some very good options and some very bad ones.

Casa da Marluce is simple, but very welcoming and comfortable. It’s not in the center of Fernando de Noronha, but it’s well located, about 15 minutes from the center, with easy access to supermarkets and restaurants.

Everything was great. Marluce was very helpful and welcomed me with a delicious passion fruit juice. The sheets and towels smelled lovely, like Downy fabric softener. I loved it. Go without worrying!

We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Marluce was quick to help and exceeded our expectations. The room and bathroom were clean and airy, and breakfast was a treat: a wonderful cake, tapioca, grilled cheese, mango juice, and soursop juice. I’m going to miss it.
