Great.

We stayed in a private suite for a week with a friend, and several parts of the stay were awful. The room had no safe, which made it harder to feel that our valuables were secure. Worse, one of our wristbands for the Noronha Weekend party on 06/09 was stolen. Pedro, the host, asked us to file a police report, and we did. The inn had agreed to refund part of what we paid because of the financial loss and hassle, but then changed its position and refused to resolve it, saying it wasn’t responsible for belongings left on the property. We also found a rat in the room where we kept food. After that, we discovered that bread and biscuit packets had been torn open, which left us worried about the risk of disease. The shower’s heating element burned out, and it took two days to replace it. Cleaning was superficial, and towels weren’t changed unless we asked as if it were a favor. The suite also lacked basic things like shelves, hooks or towel rails, hangers, and a soap dish in the bathroom, making a longer stay less comfortable and practical. The inn’s management seemed completely unprepared and offered very little assistance. Despite the good location, I wouldn’t recommend it.

A horrible stay. Our room was dark, the bathroom had no shower enclosure, the air conditioner leaked and made noises like explosions, and the bedding was in terrible condition, with bugs on it. The photos gave us a completely different impression from what we found when we arrived. By the entrance, dirty kitchen utensils were piled up with flies around them. We had to move to another inn on the second day because staying there was impossible, and ended up paying in full for both places. We’ve been trying for months to get in touch about reviewing the amount we paid, but no one has responded. Don’t make the same mistake.
