The rooms were very good, with a pool almost exclusively right in front. Breakfast at Vila Cris was incredible, and the whole service team was great. They booked all sorts of amazing tours for us and gave us restaurant tips. We did have a problem with the shower, which wouldn’t heat up. We told the team, but it wasn’t fixed. Even so, it didn’t take away from the place’s charm.

It’s a three-bedroom property with a pool, but there aren’t any shared areas. Our room was excellent, with a good shower and mattress, bathroom products, a refrigerator, and dishes. The shower and the location stood out, and it’s close to everything. The woman who helped us was always available at the back of the property and over WhatsApp. Breakfast is served at another inn two blocks away. The price was high, but that’s how all of Noronha is. If the price works for you, I’d recommend it.

The rooms are new and well cared for. When the shower stopped working properly, I had to take cold showers for three days. Because of the logistics on Noronha, replacing it would take a long time, so the owner kindly let us use her shower. I gave a low rating because the inn’s managing partner made the experience really unpleasant. On top of the shower issue, I needed a simple receipt for some Booking procedures unrelated to our stay at Vila Carmen, and the person in charge simply stopped replying. Terrible after-sales service.

I loved the stay. The rooms were clean, and Andreia cleaned every day and was very attentive. The atmosphere was wonderful, the pousada is close to everything, and breakfast was delicious!
