The Forte supermarket is just half a block away, and the beach is two blocks away, which made cooking and getting out to the water easy. We’ve stayed at the ILHA RESIDENCE Apartment for two years in a row, 2025 and 2026, and found it lovely and very comfortable. It has a laundry room, garage, grill, and a pretty garden, with affordable prices. Silena, the owner, is attentive and provides excellent service, including changing sheets and towels. We highly recommend it.

The apartment is in a convenient spot, one block from the fort and a pharmacy, and two from the beach. Sile was a wonderful host, and we had an excellent stay. Highly recommended.

It’s a calm, quiet place with a spot for grilling and a private garage. Supermarkets, restaurants, and the beach are all very close. A great option for staying in ponta das canas and the surrounding area.

Silene, the owner, was incredibly kind, and the complex itself is lovely. The rooms are comfortable and have what you need, though there was a slight musty smell and some of the furniture could use an update. The location is ideal, with the beach, supermarket, pharmacy, an all-you-can-eat restaurant, and rotisseries about two blocks away. Ponta das Canas beach has beautiful, warm, calm water that’s great for families with children. Nearby Lagoinhas beach has waves, but it gets very crowded. We had a wonderful week and would definitely choose the place again. Thank you!

Silene is very friendly and always ready to help. I stayed for two months and didn’t find myself short of anything in the apartment. The grounds are beautiful, with a park and a covered barbecue area that has three grills, a sink, tables, and refrigerators. There are also chairs and small tables in the park. The location is perfect, half a block from the Forte and three blocks from the beach.
