The room had all we needed, including a large bed, a table, and a small fridge. The bathroom was clean and nice, though the shower pressure could’ve been better. Every day they asked whether we wanted the room cleaned or fresh towels. Breakfast and afternoon tea were delicious, and the breakfast hours left plenty of time to sleep in. We were in Florianopolis for a friend’s wedding and stayed four nights at this adorable place, which the couple had recommended. It’s conveniently within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, and grocery stores. The employees were friendly and welcoming, and we managed the language barrier without trouble. We’d definitely stay again.

The staff were friendly, but I wouldn’t come back. It didn’t live up to what we expected, and the photos make it look much better than it is. A huge dog next door barked constantly, day and night, and we had trouble sleeping. The toilet clogged and took two days to clear. Breakfast was okay. The jacuzzi looks lovely in photos, but it was quite bad: it took three hours to get ready and was cold.
