The owner was attentive and always available if we needed anything. The place was clean and very comfortable, and the location was great.

The owner was very friendly and helpful, and gave us some great tips. The apartment was extremely clean and well set up, with everything we needed. Its location is handy too: there’s a market and pharmacy on the corner, and restaurants, a pizzeria, a burger place, shops, and a beauty salon nearby.

Ilson and his wife were so attentive and kind, and Ilson sent us all the details we needed to get there, including the airport transfer service. Just a few meters away we found a supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, and shops, with the beach very close too. We stayed at Studio right when we arrived in Florianópolis. It was clean, really comfortable, and had everything we needed. Thanks to them both for all their time and care!

The host was thoughtful and helpful, and knew the area well enough to suggest outings and the best ways to get around. The apartment was cozy, quiet, clean, and well organized, with a full set of kitchen items.

A pleasant, family-friendly place with a lovely couple hosting. There’s internet, parking, and a restaurant nearby. It’s 20 minutes from the beach. If you order food, delivery is quick, and you can also cook in the house kitchen.
