It’s a lovely, cozy hotel just steps from the beach. The owner was incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive. I really like staying at locally owned places like this, where the experience feels authentic.

The owner was warm and attentive throughout our stay, and the chalet was comfortable, well equipped, and nicely decorated. The condo also has a lot to offer, including a pool, playground, sports court, and game room. It’s in a well-served neighborhood, close to restaurants and a supermarket, and near a very calm beach. I really enjoyed my stay.

Mônica, the owner, was very polite and helpful, and the staff were well prepared and attentive too. Vanusia in particular was especially kind. The chalet was easily my best choice: comfortable, cozy, and safe, with plenty for kids to do. It works well for a romantic trip as a couple, and it felt safe for women traveling alone. There’s also enough to enjoy on rainy days.

The chalets aren’t new, but they have a comfortable atmosphere. It’s a very nice place, two blocks from Ponta Das Canas beach, around 1 km from Lagoinha, and about 1.5 km from Brava beach.

The beds were awful, and the owner was even worse. She argued that we were wrong instead of fixing the problems. The living room air conditioning didn’t work, and the doors were tied with wire. She won’t give your money back, so save it, there are much better places for the same price. The condo and pool are excellent, but they aren’t hers. Don’t trust the positive reviews, look at the photos I attached.
