We arrived this afternoon and left having lost time, money, and patience. The room smelled bad, was extremely cramped and dirty, and its window looked straight into another room, with no privacy. There was hardly any space, and the bathroom didn't even have a window. The staff couldn't fix any of it or move us to another room. I would never recommend this place.

I liked the pool and breakfast, but that was about it. The bedsheets were stained and dirty, and instead of the queen bed I requested, they pushed two full beds together, which was uncomfortable for my girlfriend and me. The main light didn't work, and there were no outlets by the bed or table, so I had to charge my things on the floor. There were no “do not disturb” hangers, and the locker was broken and too small anyway. I was also charged twice by mistake. I won't stay there again.

There’s a nearby market, pharmacy, and restaurants, which makes the location convenient. It’s a pleasant place with an unheated pool, a jacuzzi that you need to book, and a sauna. They’ll also deliver pizza to your room, which is a nice extra. I had a great experience and recommend it.

The rooms are good, and the spa and pool area are nice. Just be aware that breakfast isn't served during some months.

Really beautiful hotel, and the breakfast was excellent, with good food and lots of variety.
