10/10
The staff were friendly and spoke English really well. Rooms and breakfast were decent, pretty standard. The hotel is right across from the bus station, so getting to the nearby beaches or Florianopolis center is easy. Lagoa is a short walk away, too. I enjoyed my stay.

8/10
The rooms were clean and breakfast was good. It’s in front of a bus station and right by Lagoa da conceicao, one of the best places to have fun in Floripa. Good location, but make sure you get the right room.

The building and rooms are small, but the place feels cozy. Excellent location, great breakfast, and good service overall.

The staff were really attentive, the room was comfortable, and breakfast was amazing. Definitely the best option in Conceicao Lagoon, in my opinion. I totally recommend it.
