The brunch card gives you a lot of flexibility: you can eat at a nearby coffee place any time from 8 to 14 each day. I haven’t had that kind of freedom with breakfast before. The location is spot on, with places within walking distance, and you can also borrow a bike from the hotel for free. I made good use of the balcony hammock, too. Cesar is a wonderful, attentive host, and you can see how much he cares in the clean rooms and even the lovely smell throughout the hotel. My grandma kept her apartment this clean 🤣. Excellent in every way, and you get way more than you pay for. I’m planning to return to Florianópolis, and I already know where I’ll book.

The studios are tastefully decorated and beautifully furnished, and everything was just as described, if not better. We really liked the rooftop terrace and the bikes. Hospedaria da Lagoa is near all the activity in Lagoa, but sits on a quiet street. César was a fantastic host, and we had a very pleasant stay. Highly recommend it.

I stayed for 6.5 weeks while taking Portuguese classes around the corner, and it came to feel like a second home. The town center location was super convenient, and I felt comfortable and safe because the owner had thought of everything. I loved my stay. Any pousada or hotel owner who wants to understand five-star service should talk with Cesar. Thanks to you and your crew for making my trip to Logoa da Conceicao so wonderful and memorable.

I was a little worried the weekend might be noisy because it’s so close to town, but the place is far enough from the main strip that noise wasn’t a problem. The rooms were immaculate, service was excellent, and everything looked even better than the photos. This may be the best hotel value I’ve ever had. Thanks to César and the staff for a great stay. I can’t recommend it enough.

Hospedaria da Lagoa was the best hotel I stayed at in Brazil. Cesar was such a welcoming, hospitable host, and both the room and services were spectacular. I had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this place to tourists or anyone looking for a great stay in Florianapolis.
