The thing that'll keep bringing me back is the staff, especially the gentleman at the front desk. He spoke English very well, which helped since I don't speak Portuguese, and he sorted out so much for us. Two people in our group had a car accident on the way and couldn't make it. He kindly let them come another time at no extra cost, putting guests before profit. Thank you for a great stay. We'd only booked one night at first, but liked the hotel so much that we came back for another two nights later that week. The pool area is beautiful, the outdoor pool cool but not too cold, and the indoor pool and hot tubs were perfect. Our rooms were clean, roomy, and tidy, with comfy beds, great air conditioning, and ceiling fans. Breakfast was amazing, with great choice, food, and quality, and the coffee was brilliant too.
