Excellent.

The rooms come with air conditioning, a fridge, TV, stove, microwave, and kitchen utensils, and the staff are attentive and helpful. The reception bathroom has an issue with the toilet tank, which I find really objectionable in a shared area where guests checking out may have to wait for their pickup. Aside from that problem, it’s very good.

We paid more to stay here with my family, but the only thing I’d recommend is the facilities. They took our hair straightener from the room and we never got it back, even though I left the box for them to store it in. Service from the owner or manager was inconsistent, friendly at times and not at others. Don’t expect the room to be cleaned or the sheets changed, or even enough toilet paper. They provide one roll once a week. They’re very frugal and try to save money on everything. If you leave something switched on, even though the key card can turn it off, they threaten fines. The safe also costs extra.

We left our beach cart on the balcony, which we really regret, and I don’t think I’ll come back. The apartment is well located, but the cleaning is terrible. I don’t think they ever sweep, they seem to just make the beds. The afternoon employee, whose name I think was Meire, was very rude and should be replaced.
