The location is special and the buffet breakfast is noteworthy. Some receptionists were friendly, too. I gave it three stars because it's a three-star hotel, and you get what you pay for; wanting more means paying more. When I stayed in 2015, the rooms felt depressing and the TVs were old-fashioned. I hope things have improved. My room had no safe, and they wouldn't move me to another one, which affected my peace of mind.

The breakfast was very good, and the service was good too, but the amenities were average. My bed was so soft it felt like lying in a hammock. When I arrived, there was no water, so I couldn't shower and was told it would take a while to come back. The phone didn't work, and the TV remote was broken. They removed it from the room as their way of “fixing” it. I never got any update about the water. I only found out what was happening because an acquaintance at reception messaged me through an app. Parking was inconvenient: I had to leave my car key with reception so they could move it if another guest needed to get out. I didn't use the pool, so I can't comment on it.
