They made me cancel my booking when I arrived at the property. I feel stupid for agreeing, since the currency exchange meant I got less money back. They said the same guest was staying, so I assume it was a cash arrangement and they forgot to remove the listing. In reply to your response, please check your records from April this year. Did you ask someone to cancel after she had already come to the property to ask about checking in early?

The bed was really good, and the bathroom had a whirlpool tub. The pool was beautiful too. Tito was so nice, and my husband and I felt very comfortable. We had an incredible experience and will be back.

We ran into a card problem while booking through Booking.com. Noa did answer our WhatsApp message, but then cancelled the booking because she didn't like the price we got through Booking.com as Level 3 customers. That isn't right. If they won't follow the site's rules, they shouldn't be listed there.

Everything felt so clean and cozy, and my girlfriend and I were welcomed really well. It was an amazing, different kind of experience, and absolutely worth it.

The room was larger and more comfortable than I expected, with good mattresses and pillows and lovely bed linen. The bathroom was okay. It seems like a really pleasant place for a longer stay, and with a car the location makes it easy to get around.
