The place was awful and very dirty. The owner doesn't clean and doesn't hire anyone to do it. The road is full of potholes, the rooms are small and poorly ventilated, and the price is well above average, especially given how far it is from the sea. The owner gets into tenants’ personal lives and spends the day walking the halls, looking into their rooms. There's a microwave with a limit on how many times you can use it, and she complains if you use it too much. I rented a room with a fan, but was told using it would cost an extra R$200 for electricity. It sounds like a joke.

The owner kept wandering around the property all day and got involved in guests’ lives. There was also a lot of gossip between her and the tenants. Renovations started in the morning with loud noise. The road was full of potholes, and there were cockroaches in the rooms. The place was small, with old furniture and a bathroom curtain. I paid 1400 for a month, stayed to try it with my family, and we regretted it in the first week. It was an absurd price. The whole place felt like it was from 19998.

The hygiene here is a real strong point. It’s a great atmosphere, and you feel at home. I had a lovely stay and the breakfast was excellent. Marli was very attentive, humble, and kind.

It was expensive and not worth it at all. This was the worst place I’ve ever stayed. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone, I’d rather sleep on the street than stay somewhere like this.

The infrastructure was terrible, and the service and place were both awful. The older woman managing it was hysterical and kept shouting. This was one of the worst places I’ve stayed, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. I’d rather be out on the street than stay somewhere like this.
