This was my third stay here, and I really liked being able to come and go whenever I wanted without going through reception. The rooms are reached by the side staircase, and the owner lives downstairs. The rooms are tidy, and the TV had movie and sports channels that usually aren’t available in hotels. There’s also a cat that comes by now and then to rub against you. I enjoyed it a lot.

I stayed here from 04-09/03/2018 and was well looked after. Senhor Carlos, the owner, is attentive, warm, and very helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the bathrooms were well cleaned, and the setting was comfortable with a great location. Public transport passes right in front of the inn, and the accommodation was very affordable. I recommend it to anyone planning to visit Florianópolis, and hope to stay here again.

I haven’t stayed at this inn, but the photos caught my interest. I asked the owners on WhatsApp about available dates and sent three messages, but got no reply. The service was so poor that I’m no longer interested in staying there.
