Service was amazing, with really friendly people who went out of their way to make the stay good. I could message them on WhatsApp to chat or ask for things, and they'd reply within minutes. I also had room service every day, and the food was delicious and always brought with such positive energy. My luxury room had a jacuzzi facing the balcony and an ocean view, plus a second room that made it feel like a mini apartment. There was a private entrance to the beach through a beautiful garden, which was so convenient. The view and all that came at a surprisingly cheap price. I travel a lot, and this has made my top five hotels.

The staff were the highlight, super friendly even when your Portuguese isn't great. Breakfast was tasty, and the rooms were clean and had enough equipment. There's also a private entrance to the beach, which makes the location great. My only reason for giving four stars is the price. I think it could be a bit lower.

The back garden is my favorite part of Pousada Penareia. It's so peaceful, and the beach is beautiful. The rooms are clean and well equipped, and breakfast comes with wonderful coffee and delicious food.

It's a simple place with clean rooms, each with its own little patio, right by the beach with easy access. The owners are incredibly friendly and helpful with nearby restaurants and things to do. There are lots of amenities, including free rental bikes, volleyball, hammocks, WiFi, beach umbrellas, a lounge with billiards, and a small library. Breakfast is included and tasty. I'd happily stay again and recommend it.
