The inn staff who helped us were friendly and attentive, but the location wasn't good for us. It's farther from the center, and the only nearby beach has lots of waves, more suited to surfers. We stayed in the room called Mar, which needs renovation. There was termite damage, the air conditioning didn't cool, and the shower barely had any water pressure. Washing my hair took forever. Breakfast had few options and the space was small. With so much unused land, they could invest in renovations and make the breakfast area bigger.

We'd booked a chalet, then decided at the last minute to bring another family member. They let us upgrade to a larger one. The staff also answered all our pre-trip questions with a great attitude, even though we asked them a thousand things. It's our second time here, and we plan to come back many more times. For a family holiday, the pool, beautiful park, and beach access make it an ideal place. My daughter loved seeing the monkeys and toucans living in the park. Seeing those animals out in the wild and so close was beautiful. It feels like home, and we wouldn't trade it for anything. The service was top-notch.
