Pousada Salines

The owners made us feel at home with their warmth and the long, enjoyable conversations we had with them. My partner and I found the place by chance on our honeymoon and were so glad we stopped. When we arrived, two lovely pets, Rex and Linda, greeted us, and the owners gave us a bottle of champagne. They looked after us throughout the week, and their advice about life and tourism on the island helped us avoid mistakes and enjoy our stay. The place was clean, the facilities were good, and even the towels showed thoughtful attention to detail. We wholeheartedly recommend it and hope to come back soon.

Inés was so kind to us and to my friends in the next room, and the breakfast was excellent. If we asked her for anything for the following day, she’d happily sort it out. The cleanliness was impeccable, and when you came back, she’d be laughing over the little cartoon figures she’d made for you. Such warm, thoughtful service makes you want to return. I also left some clothes behind, and she cared enough to send them to me. Cheers!

The breakfast was complete and delicious, and everything felt very clean and comfortable. It’s only 50 meters from the beach and close to the Trapiche pier, where the pirate ship leaves from. The service was excellent, and the staff were very helpful. They also have a gentle, affectionate dog named Rex. I’d definitely come back.

The owner was loving and attentive from the moment we arrived, always ready to help with whatever we needed. The inn was spotless and tidy, and the peaceful atmosphere made it easy to relax and disconnect. We also loved their adorable, well-behaved dog and cat, who were friendly without being a bother. Each room cleaning brought a towel design as a surprise, a sweet sign of how much care they put into their work. We’re very grateful and would gladly return.
